Delivery Information
We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Products are shipped from Japan.
The following shipping methods are available:
EMS Global Express (3-10 days)/ FEDEX/ Post Registered International AIRMAIL
Parcels sent by EMS are automatically insured up to USD150. Additional insurance will be added where appropriate.
Please be aware that customs may hold parcels for inspection. In some countries (such as Italy) this may take longer than in others.
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and other duties.
Depending on weight and size of your order it may be necessary to split up your order into multiple parcels.
For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items.

Defective Items
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.
